Inspired by the pandemic, I started my own home-based business, offering customised and delicious food options. Our menu includes signature dishes and caters to various events like birthdays, weddings, and more.
The name chaROEnia's is a combination of my given name, Charlyn Aaronia, and my mother's surname, ROE. It pays homage to my culinary roots, as my mother's cooking has been a significant influence on my culinary journey.
Her recipes, passed down through generations, inspire the comforting and nostalgic flavours I strive to capture in my dishes today.
High-quality shepherd's pie with balanced flavours. The cheese was not overpowering and the sauce was just right. The servings of tarts and shepherd's pie were generous as well. Worth it!
